1. The defendant,
A. 86,931,295 won to Plaintiff A and 5% per annum from June 15, 2012 to July 9, 2014, respectively.
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A was each owner of Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G 117 square meters, H large 22 square meters, J 6 square meters, K 2 square meters, L 14 square meters, M 156 square meters, N 3 square meters, N 43 square meters, P 10 square meters, and P 10 square meters (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant lands”).
B. The Defendant purchased each of the above lands from the Plaintiff pursuant to the Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation therefor (hereinafter “Public Works Act”) in order to implement the river improvement project of Goyang-gu Q Day (hereinafter “the instant river improvement project”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant lands by paying compensation to the Plaintiff A and the net I as follows, and completing the registration of ownership transfer based on consultation on each of the instant lands.

C. Since the merger on May 21, 2002, H land in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu was turned into the R land, and due to the merger on May 20, 2002, L land, K land, M land, N land, J land,O land, and P land were turned into the S land on May 20, 202, and the said S land was divided into T land and S land on October 20, 201.
The Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, on June 3, 2009, pursuant to Article 6 of the former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, etc. (amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; hereinafter “former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, etc.”) designated and publicly announced as the MU, Q, V daywon 1,287,00 square meters as the MU district including each of the instant land as the MU district (Public Notice X of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs), the Korea National Housing Corporation (Korea Land and Housing Corporation after being merged with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009; hereinafter “Korea Land and Housing Corporation”) and designated the said MU as the project implementer of the MU district development project (hereinafter “MU”) and the designation, alteration, and housing zone of MU under Articles 12 and 17 of the former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, etc. on September 28, 2009.
