A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Defendant

A and B were sentenced to a suspended sentence of four years on July 2017 for a special robbery at the Changwon of the Busan High Court on July 12, 2017 and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 20, 2017.
