Reasons

In full view of the respective descriptions and arguments of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including the number of evidence No. 1), the plaintiff bears the principal amount of KRW 13,163,03 and interest obligations on the LG card. The LG card transferred the above claim to the defendant on October 24, 2003 and notified him of the decision. The plaintiff was granted a decision of immunity with the LG card No. 2016,470, and the decision became final and conclusive. The defendant urged the plaintiff to pay the above claim for the transfer of the above amount and filed the lawsuit of this case on September 4, 2017.
