[criminal records] On October 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) in the Jeonju District Court’s Eup branch on March 3, 2015, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Jeonju Prison on March 3, 2015. On September 27, 2016, the said court sentenced three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a special injury, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 17, 2017.

[2] On March 29, 2016, the Defendant was indicted for special injury to the Jeonju District Court’s branch branch of Eup on March 29, 2016, and the Defendant’s factory room was detained by the Defendant on March 13, 2016. On March 13, 2016, the Defendant’s factory room was in mind to file a complaint against the said D in order to lead the favorable outcome in the above trial.

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against D with a crypology in the U.S. Eup prison located in Sincheon-ri, Seocheon-do.

The written complaint "A defendant D, on March 13, 2016, injured the complainant at his/her residence and her kitchen knife in his/her place, but rather, flife from the complainant in the kitchen knife.

Since the defendant filed a false report, the content of "the punishment of Defendant D as a crime of influence and injury", and the fact was not D, but the defendant was a kitchen with the above kitchen knife at one time.
