On June 4, 2008, the Plaintiff, indicating the claim, cancelled the lease contract (a deposit: KRW 1 million, KRW 90,000 per month: KRW 90,000) with the Defendant on June 4, 2008, on the ground of the Defendant’s rent, on the ground that the Plaintiff’s lease contract was delayed, among the real estate indicated in the attached list, and accordingly claims the delivery of the said real estate as restitution, and also claims the payment of the rent in arrears and the return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
