On October 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on October 29, 2013, and is still under probation after the judgment became final and conclusive on November 6, 2013.

1. On June 7, 2014, the Defendant was driving a C-cus vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.114%, without obtaining a driver’s license, on a road located in 610 U.S., Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do around 21:05, the Defendant was driving a C-cus vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.114%.

2. When the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender for drinking and driving without a license at the above date, time, and place, the Defendant had the mind to bring the Defendant into D in order to avoid punishment.

On June 7, 2014, at around 21:37, the Defendant signed the “D” on each column of the “written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of arrest and detention,” the Defendant signed the “D” on the column of the person under whose name the “written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of arrest and detention,” and signed the “written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of arrest and detention,” at the Cheongyang-gun Police Station F box located in Chungcheong-gun E.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged one copy of the report on detection of a master driver, the report on the situation of a master driving, the letter of arrest of a flagrant offender, and the physical confirmation of a suspect under arrest and detention, which is a private document D related to the rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and at a place as above 2, exercised the following: (a) as if he/she were a document duly formed, one copy of the falsified driver detection report; (b) a report on the de facto situation of driving; a written confirmation of arrest of a flagrant offender; and a written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of arrest and detention.
