1. The defendant delivers the land listed in the attached Table 1 to the plaintiffs, and delivers the buildings listed in the attached Table 2 (1).

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the Plaintiffs succeeded to the ownership of the building indicated in Annex 2(1) on the land indicated in Annex 1 from Nonparty 1, who is the decedent; (b) the Defendant occupied the said real estate without permission and illegally constructed the building as indicated in Annex 2(2); and (c) the Defendant’s claim for the delivery of the land and buildings
