With respect to the Plaintiff’s subrogation of KRW 260 million on August 14, 2012 by exercising the right to collateral security (Janyang-gu D, Yangyang-gu and KRW 183 square meters and KRW 8/10,000 on each of 8/10,000 in the name of the Plaintiff among the above building on the ground of land, in order to secure the Defendant’s obligation to Defendant C, the interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on the Claim for Payment of Claim for Damages on Part of Article 208(3)3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 2653 on September 25, 2015) shall be applied to the Plaintiff’s obligor on behalf of the Defendant.
