A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 8,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in ECo.

On November 18, 2013, at around 07:28, the Defendant was proceeding from the direction of the Cheongyang to the Cheongyang, from the outer side of the Cheongyang-Cheongyang-ri, the Cheongyang-ri.
