2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a legal entity that carries out welfare projects for the elderly, and operates C Medical Care Center in Kim Jong-si (hereinafter “instant Medical Care Center”).

B. On October 5, 2015, from October 8, 2015 to October 8, 2015, the Defendant conducted a field investigation on the instant medical care center (hereinafter “instant investigation”) with Kim Jong-si, and conducted a business suspension order for 40 days against the Plaintiff on February 24, 2016 (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
