Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On November 12, 2014, at around 05:35, the Defendant driven a rocketing car from around 200 meters to around 1260 meters from the front side of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment at the village of Gangdong-gu to the front side of the 0.171% alcohol concentration.
