On September 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 14, 2017.

3. On March 8, 2013, the Defendant operated the said tea, which did not purchase a mandatory insurance policy on the road, at around 10:08 Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.

4. On March 14, 2013, the Defendant operated the said tea, which was operated by the Defendant, without purchasing mandatory insurance on the road, at around 09:01 Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.
