The defendant is a person who drives B vehicles.
On August 31, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven approximately 20 meters on the road from the defluent alley-dong in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the Gwangju Bank located in the same Dong, with the foregoing vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.175%.
