The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the Defendant’s “Defendant” at the bottom of the third page of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be dismissed as “D”; and (b) the Defendant’s “Defendant P” at the fifth page 13 is the same as the part of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the Defendant’s “Defendant P” at the bottom of the third page of the judgment of the court of first instance is deemed to be “Defendant B”; and (c) thus
