On January 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of road traffic laws at the Seoul Central District Court on January 19, 201, and a fine of five million won for a violation of road traffic laws at the same court on January 3, 2011, and on April 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two or more times for a violation of road traffic laws (driving), such as imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws (driving), by the same court on April 11, 2017.

1. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) without obtaining a driver’s license. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant was driving a EIstren motor vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant’s birth D in approximately 3.2km from the front line of the Defendant’s residence in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front line of his Sung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front line of his sexual pharmacy, and around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant was driving the said Hastren motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.091% from blood alcohol level on the road near his/her sexual pharmacy to the road located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 1.5 meters from the 0.091% alcohol level.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, was driving the said rocketing car in the state of drinking and without a license, and caused a traffic accident involving Franchising the said rocketing taxi using the said rocketing car at the road located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 1, 2018, at around 20:0, 2018. Upon receipt of the report of the instant case, the Defendant moved to the HH office in the Gwanak-gu Police Station located in 33-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On February 1, 2018, the Defendant stated that the name of the Defendant was D, who was requested to sign a document related to drinking while being investigated by the police officer I due to drinking or suspected driving without a license as referred to in paragraph (1) at the H office of the relevant police station, around February 22, 2018, and that he was under suspension of the execution due to drinking driving, such as the record of the above crime.
