2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

The defendant has no certain occupation, and since six months prior to the racing market, the defendant has been engaged in abusive acts against the merchants in the B market on the racing market without any reason.

1. On September 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 12:30 on September 15, 2018, operated by the victim C in the above B market, the Defendant got a restaurant at D’s cafeteria; and (b) the victim interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by force by having the customers leave the said cafeteria, such as “d’s cafeteria, the said cafeteria,” sound and talking in the market.

2. On September 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 10:10 on September 15, 2018, at the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E in the said B market, the Defendant continued to run the said restaurant; (b) visited the victim and the customers visiting the said restaurant, or talking with the victim and the customers who are going through, “the same year as a shot, shot,” and talking, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force by having the customers leave the said restaurant.

3. On September 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:30 on September 15, 2018, at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in the said B market, the Defendant visited the said restaurant, visited the customers, talking them, and drinking them, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

4. On October 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in the above B market, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (b) holding the victim “D” restaurant; and (c) having the victim talked with the disturbance, i.e., “n., opening, opening, reporting inside, and taking a bath.”
