The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
At around 00:40 on August 9, 2018, the Defendant committed assault, such as, at the main point of “C” located in Tong Young-si B, the victim D(33 years of age) who was known to the general public, once, the victim’s scambl with the victim, and the victim’s scambl with the victim’s back from the main point of view, when the victim scambl with the victim’s back to the back of the main point.
Judgment
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. The victim, by submitting a written agreement on July 29, 2019, withdraws his/her wish to punish the Defendant.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
