At around 11:50 on December 2, 2010, the Defendant, along with H, was hospitalized at the hospital as if he was injured due to a traffic accident while driving the H, and the Defendant was hospitalized at the hospital as if he was injured due to a traffic accident while driving the H, and received a false accident from the insurance company.

As can be seen, the Defendant conspired with H to deception the victim’s fire insurance, and as such, from December 6, 2010 to December 9, 2010, the Defendant totaled KRW 908,530 from the date of hospital treatment, agreement, etc. to December 9, 2010.
