1. Crimes committed on August 23, 2020;

A. A. 2. Crimes committed on August 27, 2020

A. A. Around 09:00 on August 27, 2020, the Defendant entering the building was in the “O air-conditioner office” operated by the victim E in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and the Defendant entered the said building’s material storage and invaded the victim’s structure through the gap in the wall subsequent to the said office in order to steal the property stored therein.

B. The Defendant: (a) entered the date, time, and place set forth in paragraph (2); and (b) stolen the victim’s market price at a level equivalent to KRW 125,00,000, with a pipe 28 km.

3. Crimes committed on August 30, 2020

A. At night, around 19:50 on August 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim E by the same method at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 2; and (b) stolen the said pipe 200,000 won at the market price owned by the victim E.

B. On August 30, 2020, around 19:53, the Defendant was driving as if he would pay the taxi expenses on the “OO bicycle” road located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and used the said taxi to the high water front road located in Gwangjudong-gu I on the same day after boarding the H private taxi operated by the victim G.
