대여금 청구의 소
1. The Defendant’s KRW 218,300,000 for the Plaintiff and the following: 12% per annum from May 31, 2009 to January 17, 2018.
1. On October 27, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated and lent 218,300,000 won to the Defendant for overdue interest rate of 12% per annum and on May 30, 2009.
Therefore, the Defendant claims that the Plaintiff pay the above loan amount of KRW 218,300,00,000 from May 31, 2009 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from May 31, 2009 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, 12% per annum, and 15% per annum as stipulated under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next to the day of full payment
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
