1. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

From around 14:30 on October 28, 201, the Defendant organized the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Korea National Campaign Center (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Center”) in the front of the Korea-do Industrial Bank, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Industrial Bank (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization”) and attended with approximately 2,50 persons at an assembly held as a community of the secretariat C’s secretariat. After that, the defendant and the demonstration team completely occupied the leapway between the bill of the National Assembly and North Korea, attempted to enter the National Assembly continuously, and participated in the assembly, such as taking out the relief, such as the opposite to the Korea-U.S. FTA, jointly with approximately 2,50 other participants, in accordance with the conspiracy of the Secretary-General of the C of the Organization C, and taking part in the assembly.

Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.

2. On October 28, 201, from around 15:20 to around 15:30 on October 28, 201, the Defendant conspired with approximately 2,500 other demonstration teams, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, to occupy approximately 10 minutes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the northwest and the Eastwest of the National Assembly, thereby interfering with the traffic of roads used for the traffic of the general public.
