1. The defendant shall pay 64,400,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 31, 2006 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim filed a lawsuit against the defendant as Daegu District Court Decision 2006Kadan4016, which rendered a favorable judgment on May 30, 2006, and the judgment became final and conclusive. However, the defendant did not pay the above money and filed the lawsuit in this case to extend the prescription period upon the arrival of the extinctive prescription period. 2.
