1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 25, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 22, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) determined and lent KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant as of July 22, 2017; (b) KRW 5,000,000 on May 25, 2018 due date for repayment; and (c) on December 22, 2018, KRW 10,000,000 on June 22, 2018, respectively, to the Defendant as of December 22, 2018.
