A. Defendant A shall be 24,66,525 won, Defendant B shall be 36,99,788 won, and this shall be from May 31, 2018.

A. On December 20, 1986, Non-party E (the deceased on October 31, 1991, hereinafter “the deceased”) acquired the ownership of 1170.7 square meters in Nam-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “Fdong”) and constructed unauthorized buildings (hereinafter “the instant buildings”) on a quantity of 1173 square meters in D forest land owned by the said land and G farm on the same ground.

B. The Deceased died on October 31, 1991, and at the time of the Deceased’s death, Defendant A and Nonparty H, the spouse of the Deceased, were the deceased’s heir.

C. The Defendants completed each registration of ownership transfer on the ground of “the inheritance by agreement division on October 31, 1991” as the Incheon District Court No. 29180, Apr. 9, 1992, as to each one-half of the 1170 square meters of C miscellaneous land, and Defendant A completed each registration of ownership transfer on the ground of “the inheritance by agreement division on October 31, 1991,” and Defendant A completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of “the gift on December 20, 1996,” as the Incheon District Court No. 35734, Dec. 27, 1996.

On June 18, 2008, Defendant B donated 1/2 shares of 1170.7 square meters in C miscellaneous land to Defendant A, and Defendant A completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt of 53927 on June 18, 2008 by this Court.

As to the land of this case, Defendant A completed the registration of the establishment of a neighboring forest with the maximum debt amount of KRW 2,400,000,000 on September 27, 2012 as the Incheon District Court No. 64790, which was received on September 27, 2012, as to the land of this case and D forest No. 1170,70,700 and D forest No. 1173,70 (hereinafter “each land of this case”).

E. On June 20, 2017, the National Bank applied for an auction of real estate for each of the instant lands, and the Plaintiff was awarded a bid on each of the instant land and completed the registration of ownership transfer with the Incheon District Court No. 219406, Jun. 20, 2017.
