1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally liable to the plaintiff for construction in Eastern Construction Co., Ltd. and the lender construction Co., Ltd. and its amount of KRW 13,365,502.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff”; (b) “debtor A” is deemed to be “Defendant”; and (c) the “debtor A” is deemed to be a Dong State Construction Corporation; and (d) the “debtor A Construction Corporation” is deemed to be a Dong State Construction Corporation.
