1. The judgment of Suwon District Court Branch 2010Gahap612 was based on the purchase price of goods between the Plaintiff and the Defendants.

Reasons

1. On May 6, 2010, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants for the purchase of goods under the Suwon District Court Branch Decision 2010Kahap612, and the judgment of May 6, 2010 that “the Defendant shall pay to each Plaintiff 278,75,769 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from March 11, 2010 to the date of full payment.” The Plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case for the interruption of the extinctive prescription of claims based on the above judgment.
