A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 28, 2014, at around 06:30 on March 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from Damo 808 located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si; (b) made use of the gap in which the victim E who made sexual appearance and was locked, and (c) made a request to open a door to his her her f to have her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her hers her her her her her her her her her her her her her
2. At around 06:45 on the same day, the Defendant, at least 06:45 day, posted one of the new personal check cards in the name of the victim citizen bank, which was established near the place specified in paragraph (1), and then withdrawn one million won in cash from the said bank G account in the above E’s new bank account in the same manner as shown in the list of crimes (1) on the same day, and stolen it by withdrawing 4.3 million won in total from three of the above E’s new bank accounts in the same manner as shown in the list of crimes (1).
3. At around 06:42 on March 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered a new bank check of E, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), into the cash withdrawal administered by the victim’s national bank at the place specified in paragraph (2); (b) obtained a password; and (c) transferred KRW 100,000 from the Defendant’s new bank G account of E to the Defendant’s corporate bank H account of the Defendant’s corporate bank account from the new bank account of E to the Defendant’s corporate bank’s corporate bank account; and (d) transferred KRW 469,50,000,000 in total to the Defendant’s corporate bank, Nonghyup, and new bank account via the same method, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits of 4,6950,000 won by inputting information without authority into a computer and other information processing device.
