1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from February 15, 2006 to the date of full payment.
1. Although the Plaintiff entered into an employment contract with the Defendant who runs the individual building business, and provided labor from November 2004 to January 2006, the Plaintiff did not receive a total of KRW 30 million from the Defendant B.
Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above wage payment obligation of Defendant C against the Plaintiff.
On August 13, 2008, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants in Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court for the payment of the said money, and was sentenced to a judgment of the said court on August 13, 2008, stating that “the Defendants jointly and severally paid to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30 million and KRW 20% per annum from February 15, 2006 to the date of full payment (Sasan Branch of the Daejeon District Court 2007da5054).”
The Plaintiff did not receive the money ordered by the Defendants in the above judgment until now.
Accordingly, the instant lawsuit was filed for the extension of the statute of limitations.
