1. Indication of Claim: The plaintiff loaned 30 million won on June 28, 1997 (interest rate of 13.25% per annum, 18% per annum, 190% per annum, and due date of reimbursement of June 28, 1999) and 60 million won on June 17, 1998 (interest rate of 21% per annum, 24% per annum, 24% per annum, and 17 June 1999) to the defendant A under the joint and several guarantee of the defendant B and C. The plaintiff sought payment of the above interest on the ground that the defendants paid the principal of each of the above loans but did not pay 23,948,419 won in total as interest.
