On July 18, 2008, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, who was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months and five years of order to peruse personal information, due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims (a minor, rape, etc. under the age of 13) in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch Support on July 18, 2008, and the said judgment

If a person subject to the registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the changed information to the competent police station within 30 days from the date the reason for such change occurred.

Provided, That the photographs shall be submitted every year from the date of initial registration.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

5. Although photographs are submitted from November 25, 2008 to November 24, 2012 after their initial registration, they did not submit a report on the alteration of personal information to the competent police station by December 25, 2012 without justifiable grounds.
