1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. A claim seeking the full termination of the above lease agreement and return of rent of KRW 20 million and damages of KRW 10 million on the ground that the Defendant, indicating the claim, failed to perform his/her obligation to use and benefit from the above land pursuant to the lease agreement entered into with the Plaintiff with the Plaintiff on December 2012 (the lease term: June 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016)
