Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On July 27, 2018, Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and six months in the F branch of the Chuncheon District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 28, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

D Group E Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the "E-Trade Union") is a regional unit trade union organized by ports in the F,G, and H and workers in charge of loading and unloading in railroad stations, with approximately 600 members, and the office of the above union is located in I.

Defendant

A was elected on November 1, 2002 to the chairman of the E-Trade Union, and was reappointed for 16 years until 2018, and was in charge of all business affairs, such as personnel affairs, organization management, etc. of the union members. Defendant B was working as the chief of the J liaison Office and the non-standing vice-chairman of the above union, and was working as the personnel management member of the above union in 2012, 2014, and 2017. Defendant C was in charge of the friendly relationship with the above union officers and received the money as a job placement fee from job seekers.

According to the employment regulations of the E-Trade Union, the above union shall employ new members by the method of open recruitment, limit the persons who have resided in the F, G, and H for at least one year, and the above union's personnel management committee shall establish a separate recruitment examination committee by a resolution of the personnel management committee in order to fairly conduct the employment examination procedure after establishing the recruitment plan for members at the F, G, and H. The recruitment examination committee shall conduct the first document screening, the second practical examination, and the third interview to the new applicants, and then selects the new applicants, the personnel management committee shall take the procedure for approving the persons to be employed, and finally, the chairman of the personnel management committee shall make the final decision to publish the final applicants.

However, the Employment Review Committee is a separate committee established for employment, and the defendant A, the chairperson of the above association, is a review of the Employment Review Committee.
