1. The Defendant’s KRW 41,00,000 as well as 15% per annum from April 30, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Under the provisions on statutory interest rate in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal of Damages for Delays (Presidential Decree No. 29768), only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum with respect to the portion arising after June 1, 2019.
