1. The Defendant’s annual interest on KRW 120,328,573 and each of the above amounts to the Plaintiffs from April 24, 2011 to July 23, 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant’s public site acquisition 1) The head of Gangdong-gu (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) does not distinguish between the Defendant and the head of Gangdong-gu for convenience and all of them are the Defendant

On April 2, 2001, the Defendant’s project implementer approved and announced the change of urban planning facilities (road) to change the width and scale of the access road to be installed according to the road planning project of this case as Nan publicly notified by the Defendant on April 2, 2001, and subsequently, on May 15, 2001, the Defendant’s publicly notified that the change of the implementation plan of the road construction project of this case was approved and publicly notified on May 15, 2001. Accordingly, on April 20, the Plaintiffs, who owned 1/2 shares of this case, entered into a land sales contract with the Defendant on April 20, 2001, selling each of the above shares to KRW 57,280,500 for each purchase price, and received KRW 57,280,500 from the Defendant on April 24, 2001.

B. Article 3 of the former Urban Development Act (amended by Act No. 8852 of Feb. 29, 2008) and Article 3 of the former Urban Development Act (amended by Act No. 8852 of Feb. 29, 2008) are wholly amended by Act No. 8970 of Mar. 21, 2008.
