1. The defendant shall leave the plaintiff from the Goyang-gu Seoul District Building in Goyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: Since the defendant resides in a building illegally constructed on the land size of 126 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the defendant owned by the plaintiff, the defendant demanded the defendant to leave the above building based on the plaintiff's land ownership: Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
