2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. From October 2008, the Defendant was designated as the project implementer of Yongcheon-si B Forest Land (hereinafter “instant forest”) development project from around October 2008, the Defendant held joint briefingcheon-si (hereinafter “instant project complex”) via public announcement and public inspection of the said industrial complex plan.

B. After confirming the existence of 167 graves in the instant project site, the Defendant, on December 28, 2010, and February 1, 2011, issued a public announcement of the reburial of graves in the instant project site, including the instant forest, and installed a banner on the fourth-class, including the entrance of the project site, from September 3, 2010 to December 30, 2010.

C. On April 15, 201, the Defendant presumed 167 of a grave, which was not reported, as a non-permanent grave, and applied for permission for relocation on April 25, 201, and opened the said grave to D, where the said grave was removed.

Article 8 (Functions of General Meeting) The functions of the plenary session as the highest resolution body shall be as follows:

1. Election of and approval for executives;

2. Approval of business plans;

3. Approval of the settlement of accounts of budget;

4.Approval of amendments to, and amendments to, the Code, the General Assembly. Article 9 (Convocation of General Meeting)

1. An ordinary general meeting: A regular meeting shall be held on October 10 of each year;

2. When the Chairperson deems it necessary or when five or more directors or 15 or more members request the holding of the extraordinary general meeting by specifying the purpose thereof, the Chairperson shall convene the extraordinary general meeting without delay.

Article 17 (Election and Term of Office of Officers)

1.to be elected at the Assembly by an anonymous vote;

2. The term of office of officers shall be one year, and they may be reappointed;

Article 18 (Duties of Officers) (Duties of Officers). The officer of the plenary session shall be reappointed only once.
