1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from February 15, 2011 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on January 28, 201, lent KRW 130 million to the Defendant at interest rate of 30% per annum. However, the Defendant did not fully repay the principal and interest of the loan to the Plaintiff.
