The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 10:30 on March 28, 2013, at the house of the victim C (Inn, 48 years of age) of Suwon-gu building 1307, the Defendant sold the said apartment building to the victim; and (b) at the house of the victim, after drinking the victim with the victim, said D was the victim’s house, and said D was the victim’s one potter; (c) said D was the victim’s potter; (d) said D was the victim’s potter; and (e) said, the victim was spokely pod against the Defendant; and (e) said, the victim was spokeed by both arms by inserting the left hand into the clothes of the victim;
