1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex sheet;
B. From December 7, 2016, the above buildings are located.

A. On May 16, 2016, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the attached Table list to the Defendant as KRW 5 million and KRW 450,000,000 for rent.
B. The Defendant delayed to pay the rent from December 7, 2016, and the Plaintiff notified the termination of the lease contract by serving a copy of the complaint in this case.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the building indicated in the attached list to the Plaintiff and pay the Plaintiff unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent and rent.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
