1. On June 29, 201, the Defendant sold each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff with a special agreement for repurchase signed on June 29, 201.

Reasons

1. On June 29, 201, the Plaintiff agreed to sell each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant and purchase 15,734,000 won if it was paid within ten years. Accordingly, the Plaintiff seeks implementation of the procedure for registration of ownership transfer of each of the above real estate.
