A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 22:50 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant was driven by the Defendant of the violation of the Road Traffic Act, under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.117% in the section of approximately 4km from the 0.117% under the influence of alcohol content on the roads of an industrial tower located in the same new East-dong located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong.
