On November 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment due to night building intrusion, theft, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch, and on February 19, 2019, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the two prisons in the North Koreanbuk Branch.

1. At night, around 03:20 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door set up in the “Down-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, by putting a locked door; and (b) invaded upon the said members; (c) attempted to steal money and valuables owned by the victim; and (d) did not have any money and valuables kept in custody due to the lack of cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by the victim at night, and tried to steals property, but attempted to do so.

2. Night building thief;

A. At around 03:40 on July 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at “G Contracting State” in the “G Contracting State” operated by Daegu-gu, Daegu-si; (b) intruded the said pharmacy; and (c) stolen KRW 230,000 in cash stored at the display site at the shop and at the bottom of the sales stand.

B. On July 20, 2019, at around 04:15, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the above Hanwon through the toilet window that was not locked from the “Jwon” in the operation of the victim I in Gumi-si, Gumi-si; and (b) stolen cash amounting to KRW 50,000,000, kept at the west bottom of the carter.

C. On July 21, 2019, around 04:20 on July 21, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the above restaurant through the window not opened at the “M” restaurant operated by the victim L, which is located in the Gu, Si, Si, Gu, and stolen the cash amount of KRW 120,000, kept in the cash receipt and disbursement machine at the seat of the Kacter.

On July 24, 2019, at around 02:03, the doors set up at the "P Pharmacy" operated by the victim'sO located in Ansan-si, Andong-si, by means of cutting and shaking the doors, and by intrusion into the above pharmacy and being kept at the bottom of the sales stand.
