1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On February 27, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) leased real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 5,00,000; (b) KRW 300,000 per month; and (c) the Defendant resided on March 7, 2016 after delivery thereof; (b) but did not pay the rent until June 2017; (c) thus, the Plaintiff terminated the lease agreement entered into with the Defendant; and (d) requested the Defendant to deliver the real estate indicated in the separate sheet and to pay the overdue rent to the Defendant.
