1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

On November 23, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a building listed in the attached list owned by the Plaintiff to the Defendant as KRW 5,000,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 650,000 (payment on November 23, 2015); and (c) the lease period from November 23, 2015 to 24 months; (b) the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract at least twice pursuant to the Defendant’s delayed payment; and (c) sought a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent until the delivery of the said building, overdue rent, and delivery is completed (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by public notice (Article 208(3)3).
