1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Reasons

1. With respect to this case by the court of first instance, “No ground exists” following the date set forth in Chapter 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance (with respect to this case, the Plaintiff shall not refuse the request for renewal of the contract between six months and one month before the expiration of the lease term without justifiable grounds: Provided, That this shall not apply to any of the following cases: < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 2012, Jan. 1, 201; Presidential Decree No. 20135, Feb. 1, 2011; Presidential Decree No. 20148, Feb. 1, 2011; Presidential Decree No. 20130, Feb. 1, 2014>
