1. The defendant shall pay 3,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 18, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, "creditor" is considered as "defendant". 2. by service by public notice (Article 208, Paragraph 3, Item 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and effective from June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
