Reasons

Considering the overall purport of the statements and arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the defendant can recognize the fact that the defendant has jointly and severally guaranteed credit transaction agreements between good mutual savings banks and C, such as the reasons for the application ("creditor" and "debtor" are "defendant").
