2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a public educational official on March 1, 1985, and served as an assistant principal of a middle school B from March 1, 2016.

B. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant issued a disciplinary measure against the public educational officials in Gwangju Metropolitan City, following the resolution of the General Disciplinary Committee of Gwangju Metropolitan City, to dismiss the Defendant on the grounds of the Plaintiff’s breach of good faith and breach of dignity.

1. The grounds for requesting a resolution on disciplinary action against the plaintiff are as follows:

Despite the duty to comply with the State Public Officials Act and related statutes, there are the following misconducts as public educational officials.

1) According to the notice of the result of the public official's criminal disposition of the Plaintiff: (a) recruited those who wish to be employed as a teacher in a private school through the third party and branch through the third party, and introduced them to C; (b) notified the victims as teachers in the private school; (c) induced those who wish to be employed by the third party, including D, to contact those who want to be employed by the third party, including D, and to believe that they would have employed them as teachers in the private school; and (d) by inducing them to contact those persons related to the above private school located in the Southern-gu, Gwangju, and to receive money and valuables as the remuneration for the recruitment of private school teachers, and to intervene in the employment of the victims for profit; (b) around September 2009, the Plaintiff received money from the victim F as KRW 700,000,000,000,000 from September 1, 209 to KRW 170,000,000,000.
