On February 2012, the Defendant against the victim C, the Defendant: (a) in the Ski-si apartment complex located in Yangsan-si; (b) was planned to take over the Ski-si and use the Ski-si with money from the victim C for living expenses, etc.; (c) however, the Defendant acquired the Ski-si’s Ski-Ski-Ski-Ski-Ski-si in D; (d) was leased KRW 120 million to the victim C; (b) he/she acquired the same through a half-investment; (c) 1.5 times the amount of investment was 1.5 times the amount of profit; and (d) if he/she invested KRW 60,000,000,000,000 won, 40% of the profit was 50,000,000 won in cash and checks; and (d) acquired the money from the victim C on March 26, 2012 from Defendant C to the Defendant’s bank.

2. On March 5, 2014, the Defendant against the Victim F, “Dki ground” located in Yangsan-si G, the Defendant: (a) leased skiing points to the Victim F and was planned to use money from the Victim F to enjoy living expenses, etc.; (b) provided, however, that he/she had no intent or ability to engage in funeral; and (c) provided that he/she leased her punishment to the Victim F, for two years from the date he/she was inside, and provided funeral services; and (d) HN would have invested KRW 32,50,000,000,000,000 won, which is a half of the investment amount, and then, (e) provided that he/she acquired from the Victim F the sum of KRW 350,000,000 on March 6, 2014, KRW 750,000 on March 19, 2014, KRW 305,500,000 from the Defendant F to the New Deposit Account.

1. On September 20, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim K prior to the freezing 1, which was located in J1, which was located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, that “I would well know L. 23 million won of money for employment to the Simn Labor Union and make the Defendant be employed as a trade union member of the Simn-gu, Busan.”

However, the defendant is in fact a harbor union.
