The Defendants (Embezzlement 201-Ma191, 384 Embezzlement) were the actual owner of the new construction works of the Gangwon-gun Hospital C Hospital in Gangwon-gun, and around October 3, 2007, Defendant A awarded a contract for the said new construction works to D, and around October 30, 2007, D awarded a subcontract for the construction works of the said construction works to the victim E-F, and (ju) D did not pay the subcontract price to the victim, even if D did not receive the progress payment from Defendant A. Since then, the victims urged the recovery of the H-Sn beamline owned by the Defendants through visiting the construction site in charge of the State in several times or sending the content-certified mail.

The Defendants conspired to act in collusion with the Defendants on September 2009 and embezzled approximately KRW 45 million of the market value of the victim’s ownership at the above construction site, and then disposed of and embezzled about 45 tons of H-sn beam.

2.
